ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Dwain McCray Jr., and welcome to my website.

As a Data Analyst with a background in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, I bring a unique perspective to the field of data analysis. My bachelor's degree in psychology provided me with a strong foundation in research methods and statistical analysis, while my Masters in Mental Health Counseling taught me the importance of interpreting data within the context of the human experience.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in data analysis, visualization, and communication by working with clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, and finance. I am passionate about using data to help organizations make informed decisions, improve processes, and achieve goals.

In addition to my technical expertise, I am also a skilled communicator and collaborator. I believe that effective data analysis requires a deep understanding of the client's needs and goals, as well as the ability to communicate findings in a clear and meaningful way. I am dedicated to building strong relationships with my clients and working closely with them to achieve their objectives.

Before my life as a Data analyst, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Delaware State University and my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University specializing in Adlerian Psychology. During this time, I facilitated individual and group counseling sessions specializing in Drug and Alcohol Counseling.

When I'm not analyzing data, I enjoy playing sports, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and pets. I am also an advocate for Mental Health Services and reducing stigma, especially in the black community.
